Transdroid works fine for me, even using plugin httprpc.
But the thing is that it connects with rtorrent, not rutorrent. You must revise your settings for those applications to see rtorrent.
rutorrent is viewable via a normal web browser..
example settings for my transdroid:
Name: WhateverServer type: rtorrentIP or domain name:Your IP (just to check use the internal ip - if it works then use the external)Port:80SCGI folder:/rutorrent/plugins/httprpc/action.php
username: your usernamepassword: your pass
